Reset

I’m taking off most of the stuff on my blog to reset it… some of the stuff is staying, however. I am going to also organize it better. I assure you that this blog will be better than before (also because I’ll have more time to update it).

Legend of Zelda: Ganondorf

Ganondorf Dragmire

Ganondorf Dragmire is the main bad guy in the “The Legend of Zelda” series. He is also known as “The King of Evil” or “The Dark Lord”. Ganondorf has a piece of the Triforce (the Triforce of Power) and in every game he tries to get the two other pieces. Link, the main hero of the game, has the Triforce of courage, while Zelda (the one you have to save about every single time) has the Triforce of wisdom, you might be interested to hear this “wisdom”. Note: this is quoted from the Wind Waker, here goes… “Link! You can distract Ganondorf while I shoot him with my magic!”. Call that wisdom? Back to Ganon… In most games he has a transformation and sometimes he has a puppet, like using a stone statue in the WW (Wind Waker) or when he transforms into Twilight squares and takes over Zelda’s body in TP (Twilight Princess). When Ganondorf was helping the king of Hyrule, he was plotting to betray the king and he did and he stole the Triforce of Power. At first he wanted to become king to help his race, the Gerudo but when he researched the Triforce (did they have internet at that time?) he became greedy. Ganondorf ruled for seven dark years and then the at last, the Hero of Time appeared, wielding The Blade of Evils Bane(the Master Sword) and banished Ganondorf to the corrupted Sacred Realm Witch lead to the Imprisoning War, where Ganondorf breaks out and chaos breaks out and yet again he is always defeated by another Hero. In the TP game he is beaten by the Hero of Twilight. The only weapons that can harm Ganondorf are the Master Sword, Silver Arrows, and Light Arrows.

Relative Quote: Yuck!
Relative Quote: Ugh!!
Me: I am “okay” with Ganondorf.

American White Pelican

American White Pelican
(elecanus erythrorhynchos)
Lifespan: 12-14 years in the wild.

American White Pelicans only have one nesting colony in B.C. that is located at Stum Lake. In Alberta, no person of the population is allowed to kill an American White Pelican.
As all that is good information here is another fact; the American White Pelican is one of the largest birds alive, it has 3 meter long wings and has a weight of 5-8 kilograms.
Adults can consume up to 2 kilograms of food per day and they eat salamanders, warm-water fish, frogs, and aquatic invertebrates. Another interesting fact about the American White Pelican is that it is only considered endangered in Alberta, but for all the other places, these Pelicans are not considered endangered. Other animals are the cause of most of the deaths for the American White Pelican but they also die or flee from all the pollution people have done. There is little amount of information of what American White Pelicans eat in British Columbia. American White Pelicans arrive in Alberta in late April and go to the coasts of Florida or Mexico in late September, before freeze up.
I had a hard time making this report because there was not a lot of information on the American White Pelican. I hope you liked it! ๐Ÿ˜‰ ๐Ÿ™‚ ๐Ÿ™‚ ๐Ÿ˜‰

Monarch Butterfly

Monarch Butterfly

The Monarch Butterfly is not always called by itโ€™s original name. Its other name is the Milkweed Butterfly because its larvae eat it and it is the only thing the larvae can eat! Another Butterfly, called the Viceroy Butterfly, looks exactly like the Monarch Butterfly except for two black lines near the bottom of its wings, and with the advantage of looking almost completely like the Monarch Butterfly, if a bird is flying overhead looking for food it will just mistake the Viceroy Butterfly for the poisonous Monarch Butterfly. When I put โ€œpoisonousโ€ in my sentence, I will explain what I meant now. Unknown to most predators, the Monarch Butterfly is a poisonous snack. The reason why is because when it eats milkweed which is toxic for an amount of time. Birds that eat the Monarch Butterfly are Brown Thrashers, Grackles, Robins, Cardinals, Sparrows, Scrub Jays, and Pinyon Jays. People make Butterfly Gardens sometimes. It lives in Florida, Mexico, Texas, in the wild, and in Butterfly Gardens. The Eastern group of Monarch Butterfly’s migrates to Florida for the winter. The Northern group migrates to Mexico or Texas in the summer. I did not find out about where the other groups migrate to.

I’m back!

PS2 Today it’s all about PS2 games, which are great.ย  My current favourite is Sonic Heroes (even though it’s old) Greatest Hits.ย  I’ve gotten myย family into it, too.ย  My favourite character in Sonic Heroes is Sonic the Hedgehog, and my favourite team is Team Sonic.

The other games I have are Drome Racers, Spiderman, Ultimate Spiderman, MLB 2003, Rescue Copter, Winning Eleven 9, Wallace and Gromit: The Curse of the Were Rabbit, ATV Offroad Fury 2, ATV Offroad Fury 3, Fantastic 4, Cool Boarders 4, Gran Turismo 3, Lemony Snicket, Tourist Trophy, Sno-Cross Championship, David Beckham Soccer.

And I want to thank my Grandma, A.K., Papa, and my Dad and Mom and siblings for these games and for playing them with me (or sometimes just watching me play the PS2 games).
